Do you want to experience what it's like to boulder like the athletes? Or do you want to be active and would you like to get started with bouldering in a safe and fun way? Then the introductory lesson is just the thing for you!
What are you going to do?
The instructor takes you on a trip through the bouldering hall. He will teach you some basic bouldering techniques (how to fall, solve problems) and, of course, what safety rules exist.
Course duration and times
This lesson lasts one hour and is suitable for anyone who wants to experience what it's like to bouldering or who wants to go bouldering independently. You can book a day and time online via our website!
Maybe you want to take up bouldering as a sport, or you're in the mood for a sporty day activity! The introductory Bouldering lesson is intended to give you a first introduction to the sport of bouldering. The minimum age to participate is 7 years old. Evening classes are a bit more like an introductory lesson for adults; day and weekend lessons are suitable for anyone who wants to go bouldering (kids and adults).
If you get the hang of it, you can keep bouldering after class. After all, you've just got to know every nook and cranny of the building and got the tools to get started at your own level yourself! Also ask the instructor about the Mountain Fit adult workouts or our super gift Climbing Club for kids! These are weekly training courses for adults or kids!

Bouldering is a climbing sport. It originally comes from climbing outside on large boulders. Meanwhile, we have many bouldering halls in the Netherlands. It's the ideal sport to combine strength training with mental focus and muscle building!
Bij boulderen klim je tot 4-5 meter hoogte en heb je geen klimbrevet nodig. Het is een toegankelijke sport die uiteindelijk wel veel spierkracht vereist. Bij touwklimmen ga je soms tot wel 18 meter hoog. De routes duren langer, maar hoog in de lucht ben je helemaal in je element! Om te mogen klimmen, heb je eerst een klimbrevet (KVB-IT) nodig.
