Up the wall together
Your students take on the climbing wall and reach heights they wouldn't have dared to think about beforehand. At most locations they work in groups of three or four: one climbs, another belays and the rest cheer them on. In Arnhem and Nieuwegein they climb on auto belays, so they don't need to belay and get more time on the wall.
Our instructors start by explaining the basic technique. After that, everyone climbs at their own level. It's not about who reaches the top first: the student who makes it halfway for the first time has achieved just as much as the one who taps the top. Along the way, they learn to trust and motivate each other.
From primary to university
Our PE lessons are for every class: from children aged 5 to secondary school students and adult students. The youngest students climb with Fun Climbing or Clip 'n Climb. The instructor adapts the lesson to the age and level of your group.

From €150.00 per lesson, including instruction, equipment and VAT.

Fun Climbing & Clip 'n Climb
In Arnhem and Nieuwegein, your class climbs on auto belays during the PE lesson: an automatic belay system that catches the climber. Students don't need to belay each other, so they get more time on the wall. An easy way in for anyone new to the sport.
Arnhem, Leeuwarden and Nieuwegein also offer Fun Climbing and Clip 'n Climb: playful climbing activities suitable from age 5. That way, younger students can join in too.
Safety & supervision
Students belay each other with an assisted braking belay device (Grigri), always under the supervision of a certified instructor. Depending on the group, we provide one instructor for every 9 to 12 students. Harnesses and belay equipment are ready for you; sportswear is all they need.
Your own instruction
Want to teach part of the lesson yourself? That makes it cheaper. With a CN Climbing Wall Supervisor (CN-KWB) or at least an NKBV SKB Indoor Top Rope (SKB-IT), you supervise part of the group yourself, with one of our instructors alongside you. If you come with 18 students, for example, you take care of 9 of them.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. The lessons suit every student, whatever their background or fitness. Anyone who would rather not go high can belay from the ground and still take part fully.
We welcome groups of 10 to 150 students. Let us know what you have in mind and we will look at the options together.
Yes. If you hold a CN Climbing Wall Supervisor (CN-KWB) or at least an NKBV SKB Indoor Top Rope (SKB-IT), you can supervise up to 9 students yourself alongside our instructor. That lowers the price. Want to teach the whole lesson yourself? Take a look at facility hire.
The climbing walls range from 7 to 19 metres in height.
