Head Sport Staff Member Bouldergym Arnhem

What will you do?
As Head Sport Staff Member you are responsible for the organisation and planning of sports activities at Bouldergym Arnhem. You ensure a safe and welcoming environment where all visitors can enjoy their sport. You are part of the core team at the location and provide functional leadership to flexible staff. You also supervise interns while largely working on the floor yourself. You regularly give training sessions and guide activities.
Who are we looking for?
Planning, leadership and teaching come naturally to you. We are looking for a customer-focused colleague with extensive experience in bouldering. You enjoy thinking along on commercial initiatives and new events to increase visitor numbers and customer satisfaction.
Minimum requirements:
- MBO+ level of thinking and working
- Extensive experience in bouldering
- Experience in leadership, preferably within the sports industry
- Experience in planning and organising, preferably within the sports industry
- A sociable, communicatively skilled and enthusiastic personality
- Willingness to work evenings and on Saturdays
- In possession of NKBV qualification SKT-2, first aid certificate and practical supervisor licence, or willing to obtain these

- Salary depending on education and experience (indication €2,600 to €2,750)

Bouldergym Arnhem is located next to the Decathlon in the Rijnhal. On two floors you can boulder, train and enjoy great food. What makes Bouldergym Arnhem unique is the spacious feel created by the height of the center and the generous layout of the bouldering blocks.
