Location Staff Member Bouldergym Arnhem

What will you do?
As a location staff member, you will be part of the permanent core team. Your duties primarily consist of bar, reception and kitchen shifts, giving instructions and guiding groups. You will also handle daily cleaning and answer customer questions. As a location staff member, you work not only on weekdays but also on a fixed day in the weekend, and you will regularly work evenings.

You are a sociable and hospitable colleague with experience in climbing. Customer satisfaction and quality are important values you naturally pursue. You enjoy sharing your enthusiasm for bouldering and giving our visitors a great experience.
Minimum requirements:
- At least MBO level of thinking and working
- Experience with instruction and leadership in sport and recreation is a plus, as is hospitality experience
- Able to work independently and take responsibility
- You have experience in climbing and bouldering
- In possession of a Social Hygiene certificate or willing to obtain one in the short term
- Willing to work evenings and/or weekends and have a flexible attitude

- A challenging role with responsibility
- A working week of 24–28 hours (in consultation)
- Salary depending on education and experience (indication €2,550 to €2,700)

Bouldergym Arnhem is located next to the Decathlon in the Rijnhal. On two floors you can boulder, train and enjoy great food. What makes Bouldergym Arnhem unique is the spacious feel created by the height of the center and the generous layout of the bouldering blocks.
