Head Hospitality Staff Member Bouldergym Arnhem
Are you an experienced hospitality professional who values service and quality? Do you get energy from organising, guiding colleagues and making sure everything runs smoothly? And would you like to work in a sporty environment with an informal atmosphere? Then we'd love to meet you.
Where will you work?
Climbing Network is a fast-growing and dynamic organisation with over 40 years of experience in climbing and mountain sports. We have seven climbing and bouldering centers in the Netherlands and an outdoor location in the Belgian Ardennes. At our locations we run sports activities, courses, events and group arrangements.
Bouldergym Arnhem is one of the largest bouldering centers in the Netherlands, located next to Decathlon in the Rijnhal. The height of the center, the spacious layout and the varied bouldering blocks make for a special sports experience. Our sports café is where visitors come together before and after bouldering.
What is your role?
As Head Hospitality Staff Member you are responsible for the day-to-day running of the sports café and for the related facility tasks. You ensure a clean, well-kept and welcoming environment where our visitors can enjoy food and drinks.
You work actively in hospitality yourself and guide the location and hospitality staff during their shifts. Together you make sure guests feel welcome and are looked after properly. You are part of the core team at Bouldergym Arnhem and work closely with the Center Manager and the Hospitality & Hygiene Coordinator.
